The Code Officials of Arkansas (COAR) is proud to support the next generation of professionals in architecture, engineering, construction management, and related fields. Through our annual Scholarship/Educational Assistance Grant, we aim to invest in the education and future success of our members and their families.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the COAR Scholarship/Educational Assistance Grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an active member of COAR or an immediate family member of an active member.
- Be enrolled in a degree program for architecture, engineering, construction management, or a similar field.
- Be attending an accredited Arkansas university or college.
- The scholarship is valid for up to two years of study.
Grant Details
- Award Amount: Grants range from $250 to $1,000, depending on available funds and the number of applications received.
- Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by June 30th each year.
- Selection Process: Recipients are selected based on their application, academic goals, and alignment with the grant's purpose.
