The Code Officials of Arkansas endorses programs, products, and initiatives that support building safety, promote the effective administration of codes, and advance the professional development of code officials. Endorsements are based on alignment with nationally recognized standards, best practices, and the mission of COAR to protect public health, safety, and welfare.

Endorsement by COAR signifies that an item or service has been reviewed and is considered beneficial to code officials and the communities they serve. Endorsements do not constitute regulatory approval or exclusive recommendation, and members are encouraged to exercise professional judgment when applying endorsed resources.
